INSURANCE POLICY

We accept most all major insurance companies. As a part of our overall service we will prepare and submit your insurance claims as a professional courtesy to you. Although our staff is specially trained to assist you in maximizing your dental insurance and filing your claims as a courtesy to you, your dental plan is designed to share your dental treatment costs. Any outstanding balance or non covered treatment will be the patients responsibility to pay in full. There are many ways in which dental plans are designed and reimbursement levels are determined. It is important for you to review your plan and utilize it to the fullest.

We accept and are a preferred provider with most major insurance companies.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• We accept: cash, check, and all major credit cards
• Care Credit: 12 month interest free financing upon pre approval.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment for services will be reviewed with you prior to each appointment.

Full responsibility for payment of services rendered belong to the patient or parent / guardian. We request all account balance be paid in full unless other arrangements have been made.
